Ive been away from home too long!!
So im here at work and i cant stop thinking about Orlando...I teribly miss every ounce of it...But what i miss most are the people...I miss waking up in my apartment with two crazy roommates, who i just love, you guys just dont know how much i miss you. I want to be there so bad with you guys. I want to be able to wake up again and walk to the kitchen and have 4 of us in there and be all snug in a kitchen...I want to stay up late watching tv, and mobies (lol) and then get hungry and take a trip to Walmart and get a bunch of food and eat it all in one night. I want to be able to visit Jen at work, and now Urvashi, go for random trips to the mall right before class. I miss coming home to randomness, whether it was Kahlua and coffee in the middle of the day, or Appletinis, or two of my moo's dancing at whatever time of the day. i miss it and i want it back! Can i have that? Im trying to work things out to go up there now in July, cuz i cant stand being away from home. I feel as if every day that goes by, i loose them and that cant happened. I just wanna go home. I even miss UCF itself and the campus, and the city. But i know this is something i have to do for right now, im half way through with all my debts and by the second week of July i should be done. and it feels good to be cleared of it. My parents are even thinking of helping me out when i get back, they understand a little better where im coming from. Im already registered for classes and have my fin aid filled out to get things ready for spring. I just want things to go back like they were. I MISS MY ORLANDO, MY ROOMIES, MY LIFE THERE! Damn, wut a night!!
I guess I really shouldnt be writing this because of certain circumstances and because its almost 4 in da morning, but wutever i really dont give a damn anymore. So banquet was one hell of an experience, i had so much fun. I am so glad i got to go, i almost didnt make it, and thank God i did. I was really honored receiving those the Chapter Service Award and The Most Brotherly Award, I honestly wasnt expecting that for nothing in this world. But nonetheless I was incredibly honored, although there are other people who deserved it as well. But I want to thank you all who did vote for me, it was weird, i was so nervous going up there, i was shaking and all. Ask Jackie if you dont believe me. But anywho, to add to the night, earning the pledge with the most service hours and the most keep morale, was so great, thank you Jen and Jackie. And of course for all the other wonderful things received that night. A great part of the night was the Big/lil exchange and I must say I am so happy with my nickname it couldnt have been chosen better. I'll wear my jersey proud whereever I am. And those pictures were just priceless especially cuz it has Madonna and Gabby. It was the best, and i couldnt ask for more!! I wish i could have repayed you for all that you have done for me, but there isnt anything with enough meaning. Same for you too, moo. I have the best Big in the world!! That was just part one though. lol Part 2: After party wut a better place then Fairvilla!! woo hoo!! So my big takes us to Fairvilla, along with Emily, Jen, Keren, and Bebe, and wut a hell of a night. I needed this after a hour long conversation with my parents on how bad i f***** up. So i go there and we have so much fun looking at all the different toys and ways to entertain ourselves. So after we're done there, we decide to stop at a gas station pick up some food, and of course Coke (a very vital part of life. lol), we come and head home. I then enjoyed a nice conversation with my big, and then Emily came on out to the lil' balcony we have and we had a nice conversation, moo came to say goodnight, and then walked Jackie and Emily to the car, and then came back to the apartment and made Mac'-n- cheese!! (Jen will probably hurt me tomorrow, but it so satisfied the craving!!)And now im here writing and its 415. So tonite, I came up wit a few ideas that popped in my head: 1) I love who I am when I am around people who love and care for me sooo much. Not only because I can be who I am with them, and at home I really couldnt, but because they love me for that reason. And honestly I dont know why. 2) Jen and Jackie, you two are the best, always looking out for me, thank you so much and you dont know how much I luv you both. 3) Damn I had so much fun here, I dont want to go home, I'll just miss my roomie, my big, my Haitian Francis, my Borricua, and of course I cant forget EMILY, the one who brightens my day with her smiles and laughs!! And i cant forget my "Vaca, moo", Tori thanx yo, for all your hugs!! U r all the best, thanx for everything!! 4) Sometimes parents mean well, but end up hurting u wit words u really dont want to hear. They try to see the real you and only end up seeing the person you want to be, but like i've been told. "Ur gonna have to break from that, u know that right" and ur right, its time i get my shit straight, and if i want to stay, i must do all in my power to makesure that I get wut i want, and need. 5)Most important i've realized this: "Friends are God's way of apologizing to us for our families" And on that note, Goodnite to all!! Okay so this is Jen. I set up a livejournal for Fran and hopefully she'll actually write in it. Now we are busy talking to Cande, the favorite among her collection of boyfriends in every city.
